White Farm A 1945 White Farm  b1945
1945 White Farm on Route 40, 1/2  west of Sunset Beach Swimming Pool (about 3 miles east of Claysville PA) Farm house is to the right out of the picture.
A
bout  1/3  down from top of page in both pictures is shown the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad track  which supported the then running B & O railroad that ran between Washington  and Claysville PA. It continued west (left) from here about 1/4 mile, crossed under Route 40 to the southern side and on into Claysville PA..  . 
1945 White Farm (same location --1/3 down from top and center of photo is the original farmhouse).  Robert  reports that actual center of the picture is his uncle's  1940 Lincoln Zepher.  It is pictures here 1940 gray Zepher

Photo above was taken by this web master in June 2007.
There is a new house being built on the old location but as you can see, the foliage is so thick now that almost nothing is visible from Route 40.
1940 Photo taken by Rocky's uncle who was visiting in the area.  If anyone can identify the spot, please notify us at email address at bottom of page.
