CAPRI is using the four point approach consisting of
these four committees: Design committee enhances the physical appearance
of the existing buildings; Promotion markets the unique characteristics
to shoppers, investors, new business, tourists and others; Organization
focuses on building consensus and cooperation among the groups that
play roles in the downtown; Economic Restructure strengthens the existing
economic base of the business district while diversifying it.

our planters. If you or your group are also interested in this ongoing
